The more we know about the people who shop with us, the better we can cater for them. Recently, we carried out a survey to gather some information from our shoppers about what they want from a bike, what they’re prepared to spend, and what’s most important to them. It looks like quality comes out tops, and the majority are on bikes from £500 to £2000.

We also wanted to know, as well, who found they’re bike easy to manage, and who needed a little help with maintenance from a service like our FixIt! courses.

We asked a couple of fun questions, for example who they’d like ride in tandem with, and we wanted to know if our cyclist’s are fans of social media. It looks like you guys are, so if you don’t already follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Google+, check us out – we share tons of offers, news stories and fun pictures to keep riding in your newsfeed all day long!
