Off Road Rider Times – we had a few problems with the timing system on Saturday, there are currently some gaps in the results which I’m still trying to recover from the backup.
Sportive Rider Times
Just wanna say what a fantastic route on Saturday. Dispite the 2 punctures, still had great time.
A BIG thanks to all the many riders who stopped / checked if ok whilst in middle of enforced pit stops. Thanks
I did pretty well, considering my friend had to break his frame 10 minutes in! Apologies to people who didn’t move out the way for me, I might have forgotten to freewheel to let you know I was coming! Excellent ride!
Thanks to the organisers for a great day – it was an excellent way to find out what Cannock Chase has to offer. Bit mystified by the timing chip – according to the times, I’m still out on the course (three days later) and my son had an average of 23mph! He’s fit, but not that good. Looking forward to the next event.
I did the long route which seemed to be forever looping back on itself. It was a fun ride though.

GO TEAM SADLADS. Pty we had a DNF (due to technical fault) Good day out and 3000ft of climbs
Looks like I’m still riding to…. I spotted a number of budding photographers around the course, were they official and can we see any of their snaps, or were they just taking them for the fun of it?
Thx Ride It team for another great event. This was my first visit to Cannock but it certainly won’t be my last, despite the long haul from Hampshire; a real XC playground. Speaking of XC playgrounds – have you considered Salisbury Plain (Eastern side) as a new Event area. Bags of potential and I could get an extra hour in bed
fantastic route, this was my 4th evans ride, glad you have found my ride time now (3rd fastest overall in medium ride) very pleased
