The Spring Classics season has barely started when Trek came out with its secret weapon for the famous cobbled classics: the Trek Domane. Though they were keen again to prescribe how to pronounce the word (doh-ma-nee, anyone remembering the LAY-oh-pard Trek debacle?), the bike looked really interesting and the concept of the seat-tube-suspension looked really intriguing.

While Fabian Cancellara’s unfortunate accident at the Ronde van Vlaanderen prevented him to show the full potential of the bike on the rough road surfaces of the spring classics, his emphatic win at the Strade Bianche seemed to prove Trek right.

The Classics are behind us but the need for a comfortable yet high performance bike still exists and we are proud to announce that the first batch of Trek Domane bikes are available now on our website – and we are the only bike shop in the UK who has got actual stock of these beauties.

Small details that matter: a little device that prevents the chain from falling which can come handy on bad road surface. Oh, and the frame is UCI-compliant, too.
